The rooms were elegant, tasteful, came with fireplaces and comfortable bed. That hotel was in a quiet location, on a cliff overlooking Ventnor bay with lovely views.

Location: the hotel was just off Ventnor bay, seafront and the city centre and the bus stop.

The breakfast was marvellous and delicious with a great selection of food and soft drinks. The beds were comfortable, the room was reasonably large with comfortable bed.

Marvellous breakfast for all tastes with fresh fruit salad and fresh orange juice, as for instance.

Fabulous experience, the hotel is comfortable with absolutely perfect location in an excellent position.

Everything was lovely and rooms were elegant and tasteful. The location turned out to be unbeatable, near to seafront, the city centre and the bus stop and a cliff overlooking Ventnor bay with lovely views. Had tea and goodies at Two Cooks, nestled 1 km of the hotel.

The hotel's location on a cliff overlooking the sea was superb; I had stunning views from my room. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel had excellent facilities. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Our stay at Ventnor Bay House was absolutely delightful. The location was unbeatable, with stunning sea views that took our breath away. The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and elegant, equipped with all modern conveniences. The owner, Richard, was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His recommendations for local attractions were spot-on, and we had an amazing time exploring the area. We were welcomed with a complimentary lemon drizzle cake, a fruit basket, and a decanter of sherry - the best welcome we've ever received!

If I had to find a small drawback, it would be that the bathroom was on the smaller side, but it was still well-equipped.

Absolutely lovely place, beautifully decorated, superb location. Glorious room, personal touches like sherry and lemon cake. Richard is welcoming, great guy, incredible breakfast.

The room was absolutely lovely, clean, and beautifully decorated. I was pleasantly surprised to find a decanter of sherry and a whole lemon drizzle cake waiting for me - such a nice touch! The owner, Richard, was a terrific host, welcoming and full of interesting stories. The breakfast he cooked was incredible, and he was even accommodating to my dietary restrictions. The location was superb, a short walk from the beach and close to the town and coastal walks.

That we didn't realize it would be wise to book local restaurants in advance. The good ones tend to get booked up quickly, so make sure to plan ahead.
